Caveman2Cosmos v43 - Lets play episode 1

Feel free to skip the initial map loading screen as I don't do any commentary (this only matters for episode 1). I reboot the series on v63 of Caveman2Cosmos which is a comprehensive mod for Civilization IV spanning the primitive era all the way to galactic/cosmic technologies.
