How does opera define wich windows are billed to the guest? Im asking for Batch folios. If the window has the guest name on it, is printed, if it is routed to a different Guest profile/company then it dosent print? or is there anything more to it?
Cashier shift closure is part of the end of day procedure, if you didn't do it before it'll have you close the cashier during the end of day process. (Yes I know it's an old post, but sometimes people look for advice here)
I am sorry i guess you need to learn how to run the night this is not how you do it ? Where are reports? Most important credit reports zero rate rooms departures arrivals? Rate change rate check.. ah so so much much sorry man gotta unsub you you given wrong information
Procedures vary by hotel, this video won't cover everything. You need to find out the needs of your property and arrange for additional training if needed.

Make sure you select the window you want to print folios for.
What i have to do if mistakenly make my end of the day BEFORE the CASHIER SHIFT CLOSURE?
