    The only people who love Boise State are the fans of the program and the media. Everyone else knows in any of those conferences, they would be middle or near the back of the conference year end and year out. Other than those two, everyone in the country can't take Boise State serious because of who they play each year.

    pretty slow eccentrics movements.... why??

    • @deangelo4687
      @deangelo4687 10 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Eccentric phase of the lift has been shown to be more effective for gaining muscle.

      i know, i use to work with slow eccentric, but a nba coach tld me you build a ton of strenght but u lose all the power

      ballislife 34 Muscular strength is different from neural strength. Slow movements concentrate on TUT(time under tension to get the muscle bigger). Neural strength is when you focus on heavy training with powerful movements like squats, power cleans and snatches, and doing some tire training. Within that program most people stick to only about 2 to 6 reps for power and strength. What people do not know is that explosive strength training will build lean hard and powerful muscle as opposed to slow twitch muscle which is what most pro BB's have. But for the best performance in any sport players usually incorporate both programs into their training for optimal results. Hope that helps brother

      so do u recommend a basketball player to work with slow eccentric?? when you do more than 6 reps you should do slow eccentric?? thank you man it helped me a lot!! i appreciate it

      ballislife 34 For the ideal basketball player, you want to take their shape. They are strong and fast, but at the same time they are lean and agile. For basketball, I would work on speed/ coordination and high reps(8 to 12) so you can use that on the court. The thing is, you shouldnt go too heavy and build bulky muscle so you gain a lot of weight and get huge. Thats cool, but not for basketball. Being big and bulky like a professional weightlifter will only slow you down and you wont be able to perform like a basketball player. High reps will give you the lean, cut muscle that doesnt bulk you so you will still be flexible and fast. And also remember to work with resistance bands during training, because that will help stimulate your fast-twitch muscle fibers and help your tendons grow, that way you will build up balance as well. And you are welcome man

    Boise State will never be taken serious. Once they play in a real conference against real, challenging teams, they will always be seen as pathetic team who plays one good team a year. Beating a constantly overrated VT team, beating an Oklahoma team that always chokes in big games, and beating a UGA team that is WAY overrated doesn't make you a legit team. Join the B1G,Pac-12,Big XII, or SEC and we will see how "good" Boise State really is.

    They're not better defensively. Not even close. You ony looked good because you were playing against a horrible O-line and a QB that cant throw.
