@tadejloncar There will always be some degree of uncertainty. In the manga, Luffy basically dominated Doflamingo. Had Law not been involved, maybe they'd have been more even, but no one knows.
Then there's the fact that Big Mom sent Cracker after Luffy knowing Luffy defeated Doflamingo. Now does that mean Cracker is overall more powerful? Maybe. It could also mean that Crackers fruit is more advantageous against Luffy. It could also mean that Big Mom is a dingus.
I side with Doflamingo and Cracker being about equal, but you're free to disagree.

Doflamingo lost to Gear 4. Cracker easily beat Gear 4. Aokiji oneshot Cracker. I love Doflamingo, but he's ridiculously outclassed in this scene.

People often forget how strong Doflamingo is. Gear 4 Luffy could match Doflamingo because Law had already massive damaged Doflamingo's internal organs with Law ultimate attack And Doflamingo should have died, but he regenerated himself.. Doflamingo Luffy fought was a regenerated version or his weakest version, not prime one, theres no chance luffy can beat doffy with prime state except with future sight and advance haki.
And Law at that time was already at YC level. Law also told Luffy that Doflamingo is not an opponent who can be fought one-on-one, and Law knows Luffy's strength very well. This situation is similar to Law and Kid defeats Big Mom.
