Luke, don't say 'Pakistani food in India' as Pakistan was separated from India in the year 1947. So rather it would be correct to say Indian food in Pakistan but not vice versa. Pakistan was once India.

Kulcha is not a Pakistani dish.
It is pure authentic Indian Punjabi food. It is being Served in India since over 500 years.
Pakistan itself is just 72 years old.
Don't call this Pakistani food and spread lies. Our food is older than Pakistan, in fact they don't have anything of their own, everything they ever had was received from us, Bhartiya people.

@@omega1maestro LOL the name India has existed since we first interacted with the Greeks who gave us that name (Sindhu becomes Hindu in Persian and transitions to India in Greek). The boundaries of this land was first referred to as Aryavarata in The Rigveda more than 6000 years ago and states that everything from present day Iran to Cambodia and everything from Afghanistan to Lanka (now Sri Lanka) was the land of the Aryas (Sanskrit for noble; referring to followers of Hinduism). Secondly, by your logic no country or people have existed on this Earth because borders and country names today are not the same in peoples local languages nor are they the same when looked at throughout the continuum of history. Aryavarta became Bharat that became India that became Hindustan that became British India that became India. Yet through that whole time what the name of this land is they'd have said either Aryavarta or Bharat interchangeably. Pakistan by that same token didn't exist prior to 1947 nor is their any culture, language or food that exists there that's original to "Pakistan", yet regardless of what India was called throughout the centuries, you'd find the same food, languages, clothes and faiths that exist today described in texts from the Chinese, Greeks, and Arabs up until modern day. I see playing semantics helps you sleep better at night. Unfortunately facts don't care about your feelings.

I am so envious. All of that lovely Indian food really got my juices going. Ask them next time if they can substitute Becel for butter which would be less “nasty” than butter (as if 🥴). Now then, I have a very serious comment to make. You need to get back to Canada, ASAP! You actually referred to hockey as a (get this) a hockey MATCH! Oy vey, you’re in danger of losing your citizenship. Just remember that patriotic song...”Oh, the good old hockey game, is the best game you can name and the best game you can name, is the good old hockey game!” Thanks guys for another excellent review. Cheers, Colin .

The red oily dessert is the carrot (kajar) halwa and its got nothing to do with samolena or saffron. Since the red carrot is seasonal so is the carrot halwa!

    • @sandhyasahaji1407

Joe Mathew...This is semolina pudding only, food color is mixed in it, so its color is like carrot halwa. Also there are puris which are eaten with semolina halwa and not with carrot halwa.

Really how does it make any sense. It was all India...till some 70 years ago...obviously its all Indian cuisine...just because new countries (Pakistan and then Bangladesh) were carved out...culture (food being part of it) doesn't change which has been developing for thousands of years

@Luke Martin you, sir, are making me miss India. I have yet to brave eating in street food stalls. What I've managed so far is eat in fast food joints that are also present in the Philippines. I made a comparison of sorts between their menus. It's only in India where I can freely eat at McDonald's, given that India has a vegetarian menu. :)
