Another love-at-first-sight house, Mike. It's funny, but my third-favorite thing about the house is the cruise ship parked right there in the view. First is the entire outside area/extra acreage. Second is the privacy (and I assume still close enough to town to get stuff when you need it).

Add water, mini fridge to the little out door kitchen bar-b-que? I would consider an out door shower off the master. Guests could use it for pool but also to access the bathroom. Not have to track water into the house.

I love the tile in the kitchen on the wall, but for me, the blue cabinets have to go. It just darkens the kitchen more. LOVE gas stoves! The only other thing I would change is the flooring, I don't like tri color wood flooring, would use a much lighter luxury vinyl flooring like what is in the kitchen.
Needs a bathroom off the pool area for guests. Otherwise, it's awesome.
