Amazing tutorial. With newer versions of Photoshop, we can also use Photo Restoration Neural Filters to generate a good starting point for further refinements.

for people facing photoshop freezing issues with low end PCs. try lowering the image resolution by going into image size and inputting maybe 1280 in horizontal pixels. based on fixed constraints of image ,it will automatically find vertical scale. it will increase your laptop or PC performance.
