Oh wow. I went to high school with Eli. What a brilliant person. We used to play cards on the bus in the mornings.

She could explain the abstract concepts in plain english. Not every professors can achieve it. Awesome !

Braids have fantastic properties very akin to the dynamics of many-body quantum systems as described by the path-integral formalism. Exchanges between braids in algebraic form always, intuitively to me, looked very similar to how momentum is exchanged via the action, S, of a Lagrangian, and how this also changes the phase of the wavefunction. Phase as a topology is a very powerful concept, sort of a unifying concept across the seemingly disconnected fields of algebra, calculus and group theory (Lie groups and so forth). I remember going into this concept of relating Brunnian braids acting as as commutators between 2 pure braids (the operation of commutation being equivalent to removing a string in a Brunnian braid so the 2 endomorphisms of a space are represented by commuting matrices in terms of one basis, then they are so represented in terms of every basis. )

I love listening to advanced maths lectures even though I understand none of it. I think that's why I like it

U shouldnt like what you know nothing about, so if you do then some how there exist an appraisall of yours strong enough thought not expressed symbollically as that remains your emotions that compete and participate in making you like what you see.

Math is beautiful. She is beautiful. Intelligence is beautiful. So much beauty in this video.
I love learning and wish I could live forever. There is so much to read, learn and discover. Unfortunately I’ve forgotten 90% of all the math, physics and chemistry I learned in chemical engineering school.
I wish I could retire and have more time.

Is it "boardroom voice" or "bedroom voice"? Are these the same? Just asking.

No, that's vocal fry, creaky and strained. A beautiful voice would be speaking in her natural register.
