- In this video I am bringing you another time-saving macrame hack, this time it's all about the vertical double half hitch. I am showing you a trick that will help you make the knot a lot faster without the need to pull on long cords. I hope you will find it as helpful as I do and if that is the case, please let me know in the comments 😉

Very helpful! Thank you :) Very nice for when you are just pulling from the whole roll of cord too (instead of just a "very long cord").
You have been a God sent!! I thought I was good at macrame... well! You've taught me so much and every day I get better because of you!!
😄 Oh but I am sure you are really good! And it's not like there is some kind of scale that you can be judged on, the important thing is that you are enjoying it 😉 And of course I am so happy to hear that you are getting better with my advice
Amazing hacks

Thank you very much for such a useful hack! I have been watching your videos for over a year now and learning a lot of different ways of knotting ties. All your videos are very helpful and inspire me to create my own unique pieces.
When doing a large portion you save a lot of time and the less fray the better. Great tip. Love it

If I sent you a pic of a wall hanging I really would like to do, do you think you could teach me how to make it?
Where do you get your braided cord? Is it 4mm ..love the tip.. thank you
Glad you liked the tip! All the cords I use are by a brand called Bobbiny, I usually use 5mm, this brand doesn't have 4mm.
I just put rubber band making a bundle of that long cord to make it faster. No tricks needed. And doesn't get entangled also.
