    Looks wonderful but needs more detail or an actual recipe. What's in the liquid? What temp for the oven and bake times, etc.

      Thank you. That’s literally the only reason I watched this video. The temp and time. Those ingredients are off the wall. I do it with a kind of meatball filling.

      the liquid was cream. he said milk in this video, but on the Lyon episode of Anthony Bourdain's parts unknown, they showed this recipe at his parents house. they didn't say how long or what temp in that either though

      Video said 45 minutes and then broil the top. Idk temp though, but the average is usually 350 or around there.
