on the first review video I saw of this guy, he is described as "Better than Athel", so this champion is an upgrade to your starting champion if that champion is Athel like it was for me. Sadly for me, my Athel is already 5 star ascended, so RIP my progress, but I'm gonna try this guy out, I actually pulled 2 of him, so I can build one with each spec I guess, one debuffer and one nuker? the nuker build doesn't need accuracy, so you can go more heavy on the other 4 stats, but you do need accuracy to land the debuffs.
