INDICTMENT in 2011,,Operation BlackFlag out of Santana....more thn 100 defendants, ,and we learned alot about federal law while sitting there and MDC for 2yrs ( it's a slow process) this being said, some CI's r out in the open after the INDICTMENT gets unsealed, others stay Sealed until u the defendants decide to take it 2 trial,witch most dnt, we plea out but the cream of da crop dat r #1 2 n 3 r usually looking at 20 to life so they hve no choice and there All da Beans will spill...they r under no obligation to reveal CI's till After the INDICTMENT ,so will see

Lil Dave took the stand in two separate cases to address this issue. I was there for one of the hearings. The man was solid. Neither prosecution teams were able to produce paperwork or records. He held up to numerous attorneys making these allegations. Sad to this man put through the ringer.
It's sad cause they just wanted to get rid of him so they could act like crash test dummies in the streets again. They destroyed dude's life and name after he devoted his whole life to the club.

I feel like if you accuse someone of being a snitch and you don’t ever produce any paperwork to prove it you’re going to get what real snitches have coming.
