Bl1 weapon system is one of the most Fun ones, the fact that hybrids exist since unique effects arent limited to barrel only
I wonder why they haven't brought that back especially with bl3 part system would have made the game at least tolerable

I also love that enemies drop the weapon they use
Ah, Borderlands 1. Back when we didn't have to worry about getting matching grips or the right anointments on our guns.
Back when times were simpler and pearls still existed, Seraphs didn't, and anointment was but a far away nightmare

this takes me back to modding borderlands 1 on the ps3 as a kid, having older homies guide me thru willow tree, making guns, master copies… ahhh. The good times.
It could be 20 years from now, and I'll still want to start a playthrough on BL1 on occasion.
The weapons in this randomizer honestly look so much more fun than the bl2 one
There were some pretty cool combinations
My biggest issue with 2 is that they were all far to blocky. 3 just went way to overboard on designs
I disagree tbh, there's not enough unique effects in BL1 for a weapon randomiser to be super interesting. A good portion of the uniques in BL1 are just strong guns whereas in BL2 there are a bunch of weird effects. Plus, there isn't really any hard enemies to test your guns on in BL1.

@@malechiehraymond2948There's fairly strict limits on what the game allows you to roll. Randomizers remove most if not all of those, which allows combos like for example a shotgun with the infinity effect firing norfleet prijectiles.

You may not know but you have helped me through some hard times and you just chilling and having fun is helping me though my hardest time. The randomizer for bl2 was the reason I got a pc. Love this mod.

What a crazy coincidence I just started a Roland last weekend! I LOVE BL1
its honestly crazy to me how game devs either don't make it easy to mod their games, or make it harder to mod their games, I understand this of course for games with leaderboards or multiplayer, but on a single player game, it ONLY increases the longevity of their games.

Finally a non BL2 series, I'm so excited for this.
Don't think this will be a series. Not untill there is more to this mod like random enemy's or enemies have random weapons.
Quick random fun fact that isn't super relevant to this playthrough: In Treater's Landing (the area for Hair of the Dog), you can go to the right and back once you see the bridge section and continue from there. Aside from their being a red chest at the end, there's also a section with a red chest on a boat. Sorry for the poor explanation, that's the best way I can put it.

another banger video joltz! Randomizers have always been interesting but now that people are putting them in borderlands of all games is amazing.
I find it amusing that a gun can have Godly stats but,as soon as you see that,everyone even mildly in the know IMMEDIATELY shoot it to check for the Spin barrel and just throw it away with a firm "NO.",when it does.
I hope he continues to work on these mods because bl1 is already the best game in terms of gear, so i think it could be very fun and interesting to run through it with everything randomized.
One thing I remember about BL1 shotguns is shooting rockets, they need to bring it back lol

I'm honestly surprised that bl1 is just now getting these mods when it's so old but wonderlands is so new and already has the fix mod k6 did a playthrough on. Also I am pretty sure you pointed out the spinning but sign on eradian roland

somehow someone also had this running while on PS4, dropped a bunch of random gear, 30 mag sniper/masher/fire as fast as you pull trigger 100% accuracy BS, and some glitched guns that were only a sight, stock etc etc.

The sad thing about this randomizer is that some of the weapons don't look like they are only made of one part but fire off millions of energy orbs
Its cool to see you still playing these old games, they truly are timeless classics. I wish Gearbox would make a sequel to Borderlands 2.
