It was a few years ago that I was coming back from texas & as soon as I stepped outside to get an uber to greyhound I could immediately tell it was tornado weather. I told my sister to be careful & watch the weather. I was right too. It was all thundery & raining the way home. Horrible traffic got us in really late too. I did just fine. I wrapped myself around my backpack & went straight to sleep. Thankfully it didn't see to be where we were traveling through. Or I just didn't notice.
Last night in NW Houston, it was like a mild derecho blowing through. No hail, but the strong wind and heavy rain dump. Gave me flashbacks lol. I hate I'm like this now, I used to love storms.
