The Steward he mentioned was my neighbor Abdul Qayyum and was my wife colleague in PIA.....he was very humble guy, It was lock down time and he said to his wife that I will have pakorras in Iftari upon his arrival, his son name is Shoaib and his father is veryyyyy very simple person and still use a cycle to commute. May Allah give him higher rank in Jannat. Ameen.

One of his close friends shared with me that by nature he is very kind person. The day he took over as a President he with one stroke of pen approved multiple facilities and benefits for middle and lower tiers of employees and earned Duaas which were heard by Allah and his lease was extended to serve the humanity. His philosophy to remain connected with the friends ,relatives and colleagues which is an asset of life.
Hats off to such a person.

I have never seen Crash Survivor Zafar Masud before. I can't still believe I heard a Plane Crash Survivor sitting and talking in front of me. That is so unbelieveable and miraculous !

Watched the whole conversation. Zafar Masood Sahab's eyes were wet all the time when he was sharing the crash memories. His talk was was extremely amazing and filled with positivity. His conversation showed his deep trust in Allah and an extremely close connection with his parents & family and gratitude & thankfulness to the people around him. He's truly an asset for his family & friends and an inspiration for the young generation. May Allah bless him, Aameen!!

Zafar Masud Sb was my boss in National Savings Islamabad. He works over 18 hours a day and doesnt waste a second. Moreover, he once remained awake for 48 hours continuously to accomplish a transaction.
48 hours not stop working. Why he wants to kill himself. There are lot of other options available if you want to commit suicide.

Your this discussion was an exceptional selection of topic and unbelievable questions and expressions of emotion. Zafar Bhai went through trauma and the PTSD signs were quiet evident . The introduction of “ survival guilt in elite” is an addition and we should adopt and spread this term as mush as possible.

The honesty of Zafar Sab in explaining his experience of survival is the big message to our Elites, Usually, our Elite tries to add their efforts, intelligence quick thinking etc. etc to become heroes, but Zafar Sab simply explained that he has fainted and no idea how he survive he thanked Allah SWT for protecting him in this deadly crash. Solute to his honesty and simplicity and pray for him to continue his good work for the people of Pakistan.

As an ex air hostess of pia I know how painful that moment could be as we were told that every takeoff and landing is 99.9 percent is declared an emegercy. We were mentally ready on every takeoff n landings. Allah save every one n PIA

Zafar Masood sb.. you are a very very special human being after the plane crash. And you will be remembered for centuries to come.. its simply unbelievable! And it is only called as "Allah's miracle".
I ve served as an air hostess in pia , living near airport , that day i was preparing for namaz when i heard the sound of that airplane it was making sound like the van which sprays in streets for mosquitos , and 5 min later that crashed , i m sure before first landing attempt it had engine fault, i heard that sound that is called k plane technical ho gya hai

ان کے والد جناب منور سعید صاحب 1968-69 میں جب ہم دستگیر سوسائٹی کراچی میں مکان نمبر 260 بلاک 15 میں رہا کرتے تھے اس وقت ان کے دوست عرب صاحب پڑوس میں رہا کرتے تھے تب ان سے ھفتہ میں ایک دو بار ضرور ملاقات ھوتی تھی اور یوں ہمارا بچپن ان کی گود میں گزرا ھے۔۔میرا سلام جناب منور سعید صاحب کو پہنچا دیں اور اگر محترم عرب صاحب حیات ہیں تو ان تک اور ان کے بیٹے عفی کو بھی میرا سلام پہنچا دیں ۔۔ تکلیف کی معذرت۔
