    Hi sughandha. Apki ye baat mai follow krnay ka try krti hoon k daily kuch new seekho but usually managers insecure ho jatay hain aur discuss krtay hi nahi. How to learn new things? Guide please.

      I can provide few tips :
      1) Try to question more & more related to your work profile.
      2) Try to gather information about company processes through websites, latest happenings etc.
      3) If you are not able to learn anything new at your workplace then explore latest happenings in HR industry from market.
      4) Keep upgrading your skills by analysing job descriptions of senior profiles.
      Keep writing & continue with mutual sharing.

      Exactly same is with me, i approached many managers but they don't guide properly, Even they know we can learn from internet, mean TH-cam especially. 😊

      Thanks. I have completed my CHRMP in March & guess what? Whatever specific terminologies you use I only heard those from my teacher. I am definitely going to follow your tips.
