I can provide few tips : 1) Try to question more & more related to your work profile. 2) Try to gather information about company processes through websites, latest happenings etc. 3) If you are not able to learn anything new at your workplace then explore latest happenings in HR industry from market. 4) Keep upgrading your skills by analysing job descriptions of senior profiles. Keep writing & continue with mutual sharing. Hope it will be helpful for you 👍.
