Also I learn when your army is away you can teleport to spawn then back to the spot you want with your army teleport to you making it very easy and not waste time

really op, as soon as you have broken heart forest unlocked.
sadly, it just.. umm.. ruins the concept of shield and heal power.

pro tip: farm winged heart with 2x luck activated to get an bandage.
winged heart gives the best bandages in da game so far

They are not trash as the dev buffed the bandages. The ones the winged heart drops are really good and the healer is now op. Your units don't die
