definitely not a soraka pro but i have a tip (mostly for low elo id say) the more hp u have on soraka the more health u use to heal ur ally with ur s2 so instead of hp i use mana as my defense. Buy tear then rush ludends (then boots, finish archangels and continue with harmonic or any mana item). that way ur mana shield is gonna be so big u wont get onshoted! RUNES: aery/FoL, triumph, bone plating, manaflow have fun!!
I was soraka top 35 as dia but sadly play not so often. It really also depends on your adc if shes a hit or miss specially early. Depending on which items using you have to play differently. Spectral sichel is good with an adc whos trying to build pressure and the opponent is not an early game tank. The sichel forces you to push with your adc to build the pressure. Also the 3rd abilities silence is op, specially against katarina, nunu, ... Ult can be easily used to get additional assist gold. Just ult before a enemy gets killed. If rounds are too long i start to sell my support item and buy another item. I completely agree with separating eyes lmao. Also when you know someone will dive you just throw your 3rd ability on yourself. It will silence and root the enemy. If your near a turret and get peeked. Throw 3rd ability under the turret and run into it. Either enemy dost dive which means u secured. Or he dives and turret kills him.

Soraka is underrated. I love to play her... BUT... my random 15 minute friends have the talent to pick in every other position super squishy champions. Awesome.
There's one flaw with this build is that u wont have enough ability haste until boot and 2nd item, meaning in first teamfight(usually compete for dragon) u wont be provide much value compare to most other enchanter sp(antiheal on top of that will be brutal) and consider the fact that some player see 'lose dragon=lose the game', then ur team moral drops to -1000 and....💀.
For items, Rylai's is broken in ARAM. I instalock Soraka every chance I get and build this item and carry easily. I think I've gotten MVP every time and I've done this almost 10 times now. I also tend to get lots of kills, surprisingly. I've only tried it once in PVP and it didn't seem as good, but I'll need to test more. In a best-case scenario it turns your 3rd ability into a huge, team-wide stun while also making your 1st ability an even better catching tool, plus making you even harder to one-shot. I also run Morello on her if nobody else is building anti-heal and it's needed. She's very good at applying it on multiple targets at once.
Do you reccomand repulsor on anyone? I find it super useful. You can even get this against Samira or Katarina and cancel their ultimates. Repulsor is super underrated and its only 500 gold.

Ahhh Sorakka, the games where she's a good pick, she's insane I like taking the enchnter trilogy (Ardent, SOFW, Harmonic) and then a Warmogs. Just constantly spam heals at 4 items, and if the enemy doesnt have overly obnoxious burst, she's basically full build with the first 3 items. However, if they do have insane burst, I take deathcap to avoid my carries getting oneshot.
Relic shield is by far the superior support item, especially in high elo where it’s more difficult to proc the sickle. The extra hp and healing values will win you most trades. The extra dmg you get from sickle is just not worth it and you will lose every trade if the opponent knows how to use relic shield properly. Not to mention the current bone plating meta which will mitigate any extra dmg you would have done with sickle. Only supp that should NEVER build RS is Senna.
As a top 50 soraka (challenger) in Asia, I enjoy going for ardent censer, staff of flowing waters and protect enchant boots as core items. However, if my team is winning early/mid, I would go for ardent censer/staff of flowing waters, protect enchant, and warmog first. It produces constant healing and you can stay in teamfights as long as you have mana. This is extremely good because anti heal can’t compete with it. You will get more objectives secured as a result. Stasis isn’t even needed if you play safely. Protect enchant is better because the enemy would 80% go for the carry/wont deal enough to one shot you. This is due to your silence skill that protects you. It basically negates up to 100% of the enemy’s damage (depends on the champion ofc) as long as the enemy is in the skill. This is why a good soraka player wouldn’t go for stasis. I’ve been using rabadon death’s cap as my first item too, and it has been reasonably good. I’d get it first especially if the enemy has burst dmg. I hate when people go for rod of ages. It’s good, but Soraka (for me) has to prioritise enchantment items. She is an enchanter. People also have to utilise her skills properly. For example, if there’s a katarina, save your silence skill for her ult ( unless your team is specifically targeting her ). Next, know who to heal first. 95% of the time I’d heal the one tanking dmg. When my team is full health though, I’d heal the carry so they’d get the enchantments.
Btw full ap soraka is very fun, but it has pretty Low dmg late ( especially against tanks/fighters ). I’d recommend you to try it on classic, but not in rank. Go for Luden’s echo instead of rod of ages btw.

3rd ability is key to Soraka. Also do not unnecessarily heal adc early game while laning ( not without landing 1st ability)
