congrats to youre new Bench PR... just dont rush it to avoid injury... it is not fun when you got injured and will miss the progress... you can progressively overload by adding 1 more rep or perform it slowly in decent

Love that hell's talks about real stuff in his videos, not just game content. I just went to the gym for the first time ever today. I was able to curl 30lbs on each arm 6 times each, leg press 270 for 2 reps, then 230 for 7 (almost passed out on this one, need tips for not passing out. My guess is my blood pressure spiked during the lift and dropped really fast when I went to rest.) And chest pressed 140 for 6. I found out I'm way stronger than I thought I was. I weigh 200 lbs rn and may keep y'all updated on my progress.
Garen tanked 56k DMG, multiply his DMG per deaths by 1 over the total deaths. He died 5 times so it's (DMG taken per death x 6).

Janna is one of the best support in the game yet no one or only few players use her. Her ult is significantly good for team fights and can cancel ults such as Katarina and Samira's. Janna is actually a hard counter for those kinds of champs.

Don't be so quick to dismiss power lifting bench press it is definitely the better technique if you want to increase power for bigger lifts as well as being much better for preventing injury
And as long as you arch your back properly you will still be able to achieve full range motion as well as have a better bar path
Me 79kg my pr bench press is 137kg💪 what do u think is it good,bad or ok????
