We can argue whether or not the fall was intentional, I could even probably change my initial opinion that Hagi clearly dived (well, he obviously did, there was never an intention to stay on foot, but I might agree that he did not went for the second contact intentionally and that makes a difference), but the contact was certainly not in a penalty box.
