Bright VS Dark Lures (URBAN Fishing Challenge!)

- I head right into the city centre pike and perch fishing to test out if bright or dark lures work better!
With the weather being absolutely horrendous it definitely made the days fishing very tough! but I fished on and eventually had some cracking results!

Pike jumping at the lock gates, I've seen this a few times on my local they jump the upper gates to move up or down the canal. It's impressive to see them make it 👌

I think the pike could have been a large trout. Good dangleing tight lines 🤙
was surprised by the line (not braid) and not much of it on the reel, shows it wasn't an issue lol

I think the dark lures see the fish better in the water.
Bright colors are easier for the angler to follow the lure in the water.

Brilliant! we hope you enjoy😁 for sure in this video I was using the lmab casting rodfather 14-42g for pike, and for the perch I was using the la moustique 1-7g, hope this helps😁

Hello mate I use size 2 mostly in 3.5g and 5gram in weight💪

Only thing about fishing around ancoats and Manchester city centre your just catching the same pike over and over and there not many pike over 5 pounds this channel is all about perch and targeting tiny pike now.
I will be going to fish many towns lakes and much more around the uk. It won’t all be in the one town😁🎣
