Falco didn't see memories of the future, he saw memories of the past inheritor (probably our Ymir) of the Jaw Titan. It's confusing because he didn't have the power yet but if you remember Eren also had a memory flash at the start of episode 01 before he was the Attack Titan, but with the difference that his was a future memory.
“The Attack Titan can glimpse into the memories of its future inheritors. On other words, it’s able to know the future.” In my opinion, the show peaked here.

Unfortunately I agree. It's kind of all downhill from here till the ending. Some gems here and there, though, including all of chapter 131.

Grisha cannot see Eren. Erens eyes are POV for Grisha so that means Grisha could only see himself. Also In the cave scene notice Eren deliberately never looks at Zeke because he fears if he shows Grisha anymore visions of zeke then it could alter the future. So he avoids looking at zeke at all

Eren's actual superpower: *A secret TH-cam reactor* who can send his reactions *back in time!* 😆See, what happened is that Zeke came to Eren and was like, "Hey, the Founder gave me this video of Grisha's entire life, want to react to it?" And Eren was like "Cool". But as they reacted, he *secretly recorded their reaction,* sent it back in time into Grisha's head, and pressed Play so that Grisha would see their reactions to his life *just as it was happening!* And that's how he was able to manipulate Grisha. Then later (or earlier), when he kissed Historia's hand, he got some of Grisha's memories *that included Grisha and Eren interacting in the Reiss temple,* so he knew this all was going to happen. Pretty freaky, eh?
