Arrow of light, 2022 edition

Over the past few years, I have forged an arrow for the Arrow of Light achievement. The Arrow of Light is both a rank and an award. It is the highest achievement in Cub Scouting, and the only Cub Scout Award that can still be worn once a scout enters Boy Scouts.
Another Scouting family has a CNC laser for the wooden plaques, and this arrow is mounted to the plaque, giving a good looking and hand made award.
I know what goes into getting the Arrow of Light, so I know the boys of Cub Scout Pack 584 in West Allis have probably worked hard to get this, and I hope it's enjoyed!
