This is TRANCE! Alpha 9 is now on my show bucket list. Watching him actually mix is phenomenal. I always loved his music for his Melodie’s but knowing he doesn’t just “press play” makes me really respect him as a DJ.
Was so pumped to see him at EDC 2021, and his set was a letdown. I'll still try to catch another set or an Arty set. Maybe he was spread too thin doing multiple sets and as a guest for other artist.

The past few years (since DJ Khalid) it’s felt more “mainstream EDM” than the old school trance and electronic vibe. But I’ve never been, so who knows.
