Besides selecting the right tracks and beatmatching, a DJ must be able to read the crowd, I've made my peace with the fact that he is not a full-time trance DJ and I've learnt to enjoy these rare but wholesome sets.
I think there should be a difference between the term EDM and trance, what do you think? Those who want to be a part of all those EDM beats which only thumps and gives u noises versus those who want to just be there and enjoy live trance ,The classic trance for that matter should have a show setup separately. I think Armin should be the only DJ to be counted for the one who plays classic trance.

Cause everyone thinks one who liked trance likes all the thumping and noisy beats, which is infact not true. Trance chooses for a softer transition of melodies, as opposed to other forms of music like techno and house beats.
This is a man who loves what he does! Even if people can't show up in person, he still does his thing because he genuinely loves it. I'm a 49 year old male in the US and I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Armin and the level of art, creativity, passion and performance he brings to this genre of music. His showmanship is unprecedented and stage sets are spectacular visuals. Armin, thank you for all the years of chills up my spine and hairs raised on my arms. Your music allows my mind to travel to places difficult to get to in silence. A million thank you's!!!
I honestly believe that this human was literaly born to make music! He is the best in the world and he is one of a kind! I could listen to his sets for hours and never get bored. I simply love his unique way of playing music.

ill say armin van buuren is the hardest working dj of all time, nobody has put in more work than him , yes there were other dj's out there with bigger gig schedules and with equally great radio shows, but armin has stayed the most consistent , has a radio show that is reaching 1000 episodes, he makes a yearmix everywhere, releases have not slowed down, always enhances his live shows , i never seen him take a break , if he does its very short, so thank you armin, because i know one day this will be all over, but for now we are literally witnessing greatness.

ill say armin van buuren is the hardest working dj of all time, nobody has put in more work than him , yes there were other dj's out there with bigger gig schedules and with equally great radio shows, but armin has stayed the most consistent , has a radio show that is reaching 1000 episodes, he makes a yearmix everywhere, releases have not slowed down, always enhances his live shows , i never seen him take a break , if he does its very short, so thank you armin, because i know one day this will be all over, but for now we are literally witnessing greatness.

Recuerda que la DJ Mag no califica quien es mejor, sino quien es el más "popular" dentro de lo que cabe. Así que, bien por Guetta, pero la lista no define quién es mejor que otro.
