If you cannot take off and reach 10mph in Notch 1, and if your rear DPU is squeaking, your setup is incorrect.
If anyone’s still struggling, I have finally solved the correct setup for this fricken scenario. Lmk if ya need help.

You forgot to turn on the banking comm that will help your helper locomotive to mimic your controls as well, thus avoiding wheelslip!

At 44:44 you manage to get the train into motion after waiting for the signal to switch to green. In my game the train can't get traction no matter what I try. How did you do that?

@@qwerty1234519946 Yes using sand and being very careful with the throttle did the trick. Also make sure all locos are set up correctly so you're actually using all their power and none are braking constantly.
Just gotta be patient and tinker, youll get moving slowly again soon
Make sure the banking comms is on to have power from the last loco too.
cool vid! and also do you think that dovetail games should add multiplayer on TSW or TSW2
Multiplayer is not going to come anytime soon it is still a long road to it and Dovetail Games have other Priorities.

With the exact same setup, I'm getting some sort of resistance from behind the loco. It seems brakes are not disengaged. Not sure what am I missing

Hey brother, this is the base pack which is included in the Steam version. It is not available if you get it off Microsoft Xbox store (for PC). It sucked really bad when I got it, as I had to then rebuy the Steam version..
