What I really Admire from Oshi no ko is how well the Mangaka portrays each character and their individual and their Struggle. You can notice how well this Hooks people in. I think that's one of the main reasons why anime like "Love is war" developed really well.

Being what he is today, full of anger, hatred, lust of revenge, and sadness, rather than just seeing him as an edgy teen, I see him just a broken guy. Whenever just being a single thought of accepting Ai’s death, his old self (Gorou Amamiya) would always mock him, and that he should do something. Due to that, it was very difficult for him to let Ai go.. Ai being the star and caring mother of his life, losing her was practically losing it all.. Some would say, that what made Aqua basically holding it all together is his twin sister and his job to protect her..
This sure was so painful to watch, this anime literally broked me ever since, I do enjoy the series and just the effect between Ai and her kids makes this even more sad. 😭

Aqua was a doctor in a previous life it must’ve killed him he couldn’t save his mum and was essentially helplessly watching his mum die
