I’ve watched this several times, and it’s amazing how those arpeggio sounds they make at the begging are swapped when Improver stopped and went into bass and percussions and Taras took up those sounds SEAMLESSLY. The switch was so smooth that if you weren’t seeing what happened you’d never know that it wasn’t Improver the entire time. But it was absolutely perfect.

At 7:50 I Believe that he is singing behind the pillar to get an echo effect. Being behind the pillar makes it so that the sound doesn’t go straight to the mic. 10:12 the first "baby" sounds like he is doing a proper metal scream or a growl, what he does after that’s called pig squealing. These guys are just so sick, both have an insane amount of attention to detail! Talent all over! Love this style of reaction with thorough analysis
Both are so capable of greatness solo. To now see these two able to vibe & sync up so nicely is really a spectacle. This 2 man combo would be able to put out a album of so many degrees, from originals to covers & remixed hits.. Their potential is a force to be reckoned with.

Taras is doing an inward vocal scratch. In the metal world its called inward screaming or inhale screaming. Not commonly used in most metal songs though. Most people do outward screams. The consonant pronunciation i think is why its not used more. And outward has more versatility for most people. I think Tom Thumb does this technique for inward scratch.

I feel like Taras is carying the beatbox scene hard. It's been so boring the past few years. Now I feel like there is a new codfish equivalent in town, ready to give GBB tens of millions of views. With pure technicality, polyphony, and whatever norms are today all you get is some beatboxers sucking each other off, rather than have regular people appreciate it too.

I'm surprised you didn't mention them using the sound of Taras sliding down the foam, and then squeezing it. I don't know if that's legal, but it's so subtle, I don't think they should get penalized for it. It definitely adds a dead wax ambiance though, and sounds very intentional. Another slick trick is the way Taras turns away from the camera. It's also subtle, but the dry vocal drops in the mix, so all you really get is the wet room. He's essentially mixing organic tracks using nature as an interface. It just makes the irony of their name that much funnier.
