Seems like forever since I made a full routine to share here on TH-cam, but instead of the typical workout routine, which I've made several of already, here's a full program to fix your posture. Specifically, this program will fix these common 4 postural deviations: toes pointed outward, anterior pelvic tilt, rounded shoulders, and forward head. These are most common in people who work at a computer and/or do a lot of sitting for their career or in general. For those who are serious about following this program, I also put the routine into the MTG app in case you want to follow along on your phone. I hope you enjoy it!

Hey everyone! Keep in mind that posture is a very individual thing, so this program is specifically designed for people who have one or more of the 4 postural deviations I mentioned at the beginning. If you do have those, then this program will help! It's called "Posture Corrector" in the MTG app: bit.ly/3qtIUv9

I don't know if you'll see this as this latest video is a month old but I'll keep trying because I want to thank you. Your tutorial on how to achieve a handstand got me doing a back to wall handstand after 5 minutes of trying. I was so freaked out the first time I immediately fell back to my feet! Lol but then I did immediately a second time and held it long enough to get a photo to record it :) thank you so much for the technique!

Thanks, love your videos. Bad posture has been the scourge of my adult life but I've made tremendous improvements in the past 6 months (I'm 51 now). I've used overhead press with kettlebells, dead hangs, mace 360s and bodyweight rows with gymnastic rings. I think that the overhead press in particular has been invaluable but I'm still doing all 4 of those exercises. In the future I'd like to progress from overhead presses to handstand pushups, but I wouldn't have been able to get there without some cast iron.

@@MinusTheGym in the meantime you must've heard about ayurveda.. I don't know all your video's (yet) but maybe you can bring a little of that into the mix as well. With the bodily type dosha's concerning excersise and even lifestyle. Generalisation isn't good for us human beings and it might give you an edge when you (and your channel) honour diversification in body types.
It's a very broad knowledge and will fuel you with inspiration for loads of video's

Just do what you can. Everyone has different needs based on their posture and imbalances. Each exercise addresses a different muscle group, either strengthening it or stretching it, so try to familiarize yourself with the exercises enough so you can choose them based on your needs.

    Nothing Johnny Sins doesn't do!
Stretching and mobility, while not the most enjoyable thing to do, are so vital, especially as I'm getting older.
