I was thinking the same.... there must be a lot of relatives in the forces who get good jobs for the kin folk.... I feel a little sorry for the kids that don't have a leg up.

There was one from our village, the one in black at the end. I'm not sure how they recruit engineers and other tradesmen that can do a useful job and gain real world skills to set them up for life. Maybe worth doing a bit of research👍👍👍🍻🍻🍻
