Apart from the camera angles and color cast and that green screen overlay i do like the two guys their obviously nervous which makes this video REAL. I never thought i would be a pair of Alto as ive always been a JBL man for so so long. My JBL's started to fail and after i could no longer get by bass bins fixed as they couldn't get the parts the tops just looked so old and ragged i sold them. So i popped into a friends shop as i new he had the Alto range and listened to the TS212 and TS215s and was impressed not only with the weight but the sound quality was far better in the 12" than the 15" although the 15" had more bass. I put up my old JBL 15" speaker and there was a little better sound from the JBL but not much to be honest and to replace the JBL was three times the cost. So i kinda reluctantly bought the Alto TS212 and covers. Ive used them for a year now and yes i personally feel they could do with some more bass but not one person has ever said anything regarding this and on larger gigs i take my new bass bin and then they really come alive. I only advertise for Pubs, Social Clubs ,Family Parties and Weddings and only once did i feel i needed more power from them and that was in a Marque so i was thinking of getting another pair then i would have one in each corner of a dance floor. Now i can see what im going to buy next and a similar price with more power. Thank you Alto you won me over with the 12"s. Im tempted on a pair of 15"s to use on their own but i might as well stick to the 12"s and take my bass bin. Really impressed and thanks for this video Team great to see new models coming out. ATB
Glad you're liking them... And the guys just wanted to start shooting with the vid... Very little prep and just have a chat about them. There were nerves, but as you say, keeps it real.
Lucky for me then that mines haven't lol im going to get the 3s after the Christmas period and will stick to the 12" as they sound better less bass but that doesnt matter for me.
Like to HEAR them together Between the Ts2 series and the TS3 . Even a left and right application and turn the speakers up to a point where you can hear the difference - love the speakers by the way. -
They are good speakers but the horn is cheap on it you need to change the horn on it put some better ones on there the horn goes out first I had it turned up halfway the horn went out that's the only problem I had
Good for monitors but useless for front of house. Alto gear is good value for your buck but you get what you pay for, take a look inside and you will find they use cheap and cheerful components, the woofer doesn't have a recognised brand name such as JBL, EV, RCF, PD, 18Sound, B&C, FANE or Eminence just cheap non branded units, start to turn them up and you will blow the drivers and forever replacing them, we have upgraded many 15" woofers to Eminence Kappa Pro15. The tweeters what they call a compression driver is forever failing as yet can't find a replacement tweeter that can fit the horn, the amount of people that blow the tweeter is amazing, again cheap as chips. If you want a decent system steer clear of this over rated brand, and how they can call them Professional I'm still baffled, think about this if they were that good how come hire company's don't have them available, simple they are not reliable and with the slightest abuse from Dj's they will come back burnt out.

Ts 200 series we're lemons, the 100 series was better, hopefully the 300 is better.
Whats the difference between them and what did they do differently ?
Adventure Madness UK 200 had reliability issues, I know someone who works at guitar center..he said many had issues.
