Unless you know your kdramas, most people in London wouldn’t recognise him. There are a lot of celebrities who come to London and don’t get mobbed like elsewhere. Now if I was there, I live in Cambridge, I would’ve sorted out his bike issues and paid with MY card! 🥰

Londoners don't tend to stare at people. They avoid any form of eye contact hence most celeb can enjoy London with ease. However, if you were at a restaurant then the chances increased cause more people would have the opportunity to process the face or even Google your picture or something like that.
