For the 20 waves solo, I just did foggy. Probably the second easiest one to get. I learned that you can change loadouts every 3 waves, I realized it while playing La Ferme d'en Haut and I readied my loadout from nock gun to Blunderbuss for when I die.

Yeah, most you can do is change a map (I'd suggest foggy and stick to one side of the map) and don't do any commands after that just survive to wave 20
Bro "To Hell We Go" can be obtained VERY EASY. Go to a private server and give your self a grenade in ANY MAP. Summon 10 crawlers by /summon crawler 10. Fuse the grenade while you are not grabbed and boom. Slow shamblers version. easy
