I'd love to see a sequel too, but the only way I could see a sequel going is slice of life, following their adventures after they settled down and miri was in HS, I'm not saying it wouldn't be enjoyable or funny cause there could certainly be some great moments to come from a slice of life sequel, like seeing rei and kazukis reactions to miri bringing her first BF home, or kazuki meeting a girl that could help him heal more over the loss of his wife
