The best thing about this song (it's all great really) is the drums. Such a chaotic and at time syncopated rhythm. Frantic and scrambled in places and settling in others. It has lyrics of its own.
I think big part of why this anime blowing up is because we are kinda fed up with fantasy isekai setting, Spy x Family couldn’t come at more perfect time with their setting with just a normal family yet not so normal which not make it completely boring for people who like action stuff the author literally made the perfect mix between slice of life and action so the anime have huge variety audiences potential How is it gained this much likes? Also unlike most anime we also get to see the world. The peaceful family life is contrasted by espionage and politics. The series being inspired by Germany during the 60s just makes it all the more interesting. Also there are no teenagers or teen shenanigans.
Totally agree on fed up with isekai... This anime can be feasible that spies do exist and blends in the society, comparing it a guy transported to another world and became powerful or having a fox like ninja running around to save the world (no offense to naruto/boruto as I also enjoyed those anime too) and its also more relaxed with cuteness of little Anya. 😀

I just started watching spy x family a phenomenal hilarious show but the opening really left a jaw dropping, in my face impression on me with its music. So i had to look up the lyrics and it is shockingly relatable and reflects not only the show but life in general so well.
Not ashamed to say this is one of my favorite animes right now. It's a nice breather from so many long winded arcs and darker themes in other animes I'm watching. Spy family just makes me smile, it gives a sense of levity and innocence that just feels refreshing to come to.

True, this one is a masterpiece. XD Still, I love Bump of Chicken and the new opening is really cute and heartwarming too, seeing them grow closer to each other for real with time instead of just pretending too for the sake of their job or some kind of disguise and stuff, actually taking the caring part of Anya seriously. :p If not Loid and Yor to each other too. ^^; And now they even have a big doggy, "Mr. Bond". :p Love this show.

Spyxfamily is such a good show. I really love mixed nuts. When you get to episode 14 or so. The opening changed and im like damn i really liked that song lol
I absolutely love Spy x Family's theming because of the modern x 60s theming- That comes across really well in the music. There's a lot of jazz and swing that really just reminds me of an old spy movie but there's that combination between that and the modern rhythm and aspects. When I first read the manga, I absolutely loved it and I hoped that an anime adaptation would capture the essence of the story well, and there was certainly no disappointment with the soundtrack and the voices. It's just such a refreshing show after all of the dark, depressing shows that became popular recently.

@@Rin_305 Mixed Nuts is the type of song that you don't like at first, but gets a lot better overtime, while Comedy sticks to you on first listen, but tapers off a lot quicker. At least, from my experience.
I've haven't fallen in love with an anime this fast in a bit. I binged all 12 episodes in two days I'm off to buy the manga to hold me over till season 2
I like the idea they said that how we are born will show us the hierarchy of today's society. Take examples: If you are some rich people with high beauty standards, they treat you really nice and friendly. But if you're born below the society, it'll be a whole different world for people like that. Every day is a struggle for a living, food, taxes, and more. To be honest, being born into an average family for me is really lucky for having both mom and dad, and being able to go to school, doesn't worry about money and food, unlike some others which means they don't have the same life as me. And I hope that in the future no far, just like the rain in the song that moisture this dry and unacceptable world, humans we all can sit down at a round table, all equally human beings.

I just started watching spy x family a phenomenal hilarious show but the opening really left a jaw dropping, in my face impression on me with its music. So i had to look up the lyrics and it is shockingly relatable and reflects not only the show but life in general so well.
Who could have imagined... WHO COULD HAVE IMAGINED... that the Full version was EVEN BETTER!???
Not ashamed to say this is one of my favorite animes right now. It's a nice breather from so many long winded arcs and darker themes in other animes I'm watching. Spy family just makes me smile, it gives a sense of levity and innocence that just feels refreshing to come to.

Love this anime for showing how important and wonderful the traditional family is. Beautifully wholesome
I absolutely love Spy x Family's theming because of the modern x 60s theming- That comes across really well in the music. There's a lot of jazz and swing that really just reminds me of an old spy movie but there's that combination between that and the modern rhythm and aspects. When I first read the manga, I absolutely loved it and I hoped that an anime adaptation would capture the essence of the story well, and there was certainly no disappointment with the soundtrack and the voices. It's just such a refreshing show after all of the dark, depressing shows that became popular recently.

@@Rin_305 Mixed Nuts is the type of song that you don't like at first, but gets a lot better overtime, while Comedy sticks to you on first listen, but tapers off a lot quicker. At least, from my experience.
My first time watching spy x family I hated it and kept fast forwarding them id catch myself singing it and discovered I loved it.
The fact that it was made by the same band that did the Tokyo revenges op makes it better .
I've haven't fallen in love with an anime this fast in a bit. I binged all 12 episodes in two days I'm off to buy the manga to hold me over till season 2

I like the idea they said that how we are born will show us the hierarchy of today's society. Take examples: If you are some rich people with high beauty standards, they treat you really nice and friendly. But if you're born below the society, it'll be a whole different world for people like that. Every day is a struggle for a living, food, taxes, and more. To be honest, being born into an average family for me is really lucky for having both mom and dad, and being able to go to school, doesn't worry about money and food, unlike some others which means they don't have the same life as me. And I hope that in the future no far, just like the rain in the song that moisture this dry and unacceptable world, humans we all can sit down at a round table, all equally human beings.
