Some program has specific templates for recommendation letter. In that case, should my referee fill up that template with adobe software or by hand and then scan it?

The program I want to apply to requires official university email. I realized that my lecturers don't use university official email. Didn't you encountered that during your application, if not what do you think i can do?

My Referee's didn't have to have officially emails..
But it was necessary the letter was on letter head

Okay thanks but i just realized most of my Lecturers aren't using an official university email but I will just try to convince Erasmus Mundus to consider letter head only. I'm not currently applying but i want to apply later this year. I'm in my final year and I will be done in December, i think it will be okay for me to apply by that time?

You can contact the program coordinator and explain your situation, they usually don't mind and they understand that in some countries the academic staff don't use the university email.
So don't hesitate reaching out and asking for any clarification you want.
