As a solo player, i always loot the first bit of the match, especially when im in an industrial area. Heres what ive learned in my 7 days total play time: Tool box: can spawn aether wrenches, ive even found a purple at times. Any fridge: has a chance to spawn a random perk. Any bottle over 200 points i always store, best ive seen is i think aged wine for 1000 points. Side tables/jackets: i typically find essence in these more times than not. Green boxes and duffle bags: most times a random weapon and rarity, great for finding lethals. Med boxes in ambulances and bathrooms: this one is so huge - durable gas masks spawn in these. I cant tell you how many i find when i check randomly! Shopping centers / food shelves: perk cans like to sit on these shelves sometimes, same for kazmirs. Computers: these are tedious to go through in certain areas but ive gotten usb drives or memory cards (not sure what its called) from 500-2000 essence. Lockers: my personal favorite, i find the purp comic books so so often. Theyre easy to loot and almost always have a green item worth grabbing. And like in the video vests and bags! Im sure im missing some stuff but i always loot early, usually anything on the way to a contract/buy station and sell. I usually come out with 2000-2800 points (5ish min looting) points after selling, and its kinda fun! Main thing is to memorize building layouts because they repeat across the map. I hope any of that helps someone PSA batteries dont stack in ur bag like other items, you can only have a max of 1 per slot :/

bro i am losing my mind hearing everything being called "overpowered" in this game. Death perception allows you to see chests through walls that you are close to. it literally just does whats intended. how is this overpowered? i enjoyed the video btw, but every creator lately is calling every single thing in this game OP and its just STRANGE to me lol
I know this is a bit old, but it's so true. We don't have many things that are actually powerful anymore , guess why, yourube videos telling them what needs to be nerfed. The dog is trash now, aether blades are nerfed as well, the flame thrower is nerfed m, every glitch for stash and tombstone patched but some complicated portal glitch, and you still can't bring much out anymore. Videos shoukd say how useful something is. These videos gave killed the game. The devs went all out to nerf and stop tombstoners, all the tombstone videos showed then exactly what we were doing and they killed it.
Are many of you guys spending much time looting? I've noticed that I typically jump into the game and start immediately on contracts to Pack A Punch. When I'm solo, I'll loot a lot more often, but looting is just that, looting. There are no recipes to incentives you and doing contracts will yield money a lot faster. Looting in Tier 2 is pretty good and now we'll probably see the vest in Popov get nerfed, LOL.
I honestly spend most of my time looting these days... I've seriously gotten tired of the costant boredom of doing contracts only to be rewarded with the samr garbage uncommon tool and something like a tombstone can.. I do pretty good just by making sure I loot all the hidden caches I can find.
Depends on my mood really. Some days I don't really feel like doing contracts. I just want to roam buildings I know everybody runs past. Other days I don't loot sht other than those large crates that beep, and the ones with the shards coming out of it.
Doing both. Running straight to t3 opening weapon ground cache and any chest that can be on my way for circuits, self revives and tools as well as large bag,kazis , and a 3plate. Looting is part of the movement routine between contracts, no detour for it but making sure opportunities are not lost. Coming across legendary tonfas or rgl feels good in these boxes But as shown in the video only looting will get your bag stuffed pretty fast, so looting with the objective to consume is perhaps best.
If you need quick cash, the bazaar in the lower right portion of the lvl 1 zone has at least 15 cash registers is a small area. Can easily get $2500 in 2 min. Lots of the merc cache's too. And on the top floor of the buildings I've found large ruck sacks in the lockers. No guarantee but they are there sometimes. Just never when I want one.
Here's a really fun idea!!!-- what if they took a page from Borderlands' or Far Cry's books with in game characters with their own story missions? Maybe sorta fetch-quest like? For example, Dr. Ross is an independent corrupt scientist and wants to experiment with the dead infected. You need to go collect 1 Mangler arms, 1 Mangler head, 1 Mimic heart, and 3 Megabomb brains. Bring them back to Dr. Ross and then he'll give you a job to do a specific contract in order to retrieve a certain amount of essence. Then he'll give you the option between a Jugg suit to take on a Megabomb and continue the quest one way, or he'll give you a Dog Bone to have the dog dig stuff up.... yada yada yada you know how quests go. But you don't have to do every mission if you're looking for something to do and get a few decent rewards to extract with, but there CAN be completionist challenges for blueprints or characters or something like that. We definitely need more in this game.
Top of the skyscraper I found in 1 large merc cache: 1 jugg and 2 sentry guns. Also found a gold weapon in another one. Its crazy good to check up there
Another way to get high tier loot with no equipment is to get in a vehicle and drive past the storm caller at high speed making sure he follows you far enough outside of the storm and he will insta die, he will also respawn and therefore this can be done repeatedly to farm gold skulls or aether crystals/aether tools/wonder weapons/ kill streaks/ perks/3 plate vest and large ruck sacks
Getting him to follow you has proved difficult for me. He follows me up to the edge and stops. The one time it actually worked, he didn't actually follow him. He just randomly left the storm and went half way across the screen and blew up.
@@DEEVIL there’s a trick to it, you need to get close enough to aggravate him you’ll know when you have done this when he llunges towards you, but not to close because he won’t chase, you’ll eventually find the “sweet spot” best method I’ve found is driving past him at high speed at about 15-20 meters away making sure not stop until you’ve gotten him to follow you far enough 50-100 meters from storm
I loot one spot every single game. Guaranteed high loot. I get a golden plate, large backpack, dog bone, aether blade, legendary tool x2, scorcher case, vr-11 case, flawless crystal. Its my Tombstone, sitting quietly for me every match!
By the way, I think if you go to those two water towers in low town right by the gas station and climb up them, there's a chest up there and every single time I've grabbed it its had a pack a punch two Crystal
By that season side town right under the bridge by the doc there is a sunken ship which has a capsule and usually a chest. I’ve had multiple aether tools and kill streaks pulled from there. Overall, I get better loot from chest than I do tier 3 challenges. It’s sad lol

Can you do a vid on important basic things older players might not know for MW3 zombies? Like not knowing about tactical sprint or being able to slide AND dolphin dive in the same game?
I really hope they add a few helicopters to the map. Sometimes there’s not much to do where you spawn but a cluster of stuff on the opposite side of the map.
It would be useful but difficult to balance I think. It would change the gameplay drastically and be abused. Maybe a couple more redeploy drones would be enough
@Doughnuts Have you or anyone had the blocked door to the cargo mission garage ever disappear in front of you? I don't remember exactly what I did, but I believe I didn't have any missions active and I went inside the gas station to that area then went prone and jumped and also tried shooting and knifing, and at some point through all of that the wooden stuff disappeared and I was able to travel through the garage and gas station freely and open the garage from the inside. It was really helpful and would be nice if anyone knows how to do it on command.
Just a little advice the cargo contracts be careful when you go in buildings where they spawn I had one spawn when I went into gas station and got stuck where trucks spawns because the doors only open from outside so I had to quit game
I’ve been grinding out everything solo. The minute I sqaded up with a team they dropped me flawless plans, Legendary tool plans, and scorcher plans. Now all I need is speed cola plans and I’ll have everything
I’ve found legendary tools in small loot chests with the purple crystals on it in the Tier 2 zone 5 different times. One match I found 2 in 1 game from those chests. I’m tier 2 at that…..it pays to check. People are also finding PAP crystals in some as well
When I’m running, I usually equip my mortar strike or juggernaut in my hand to run. They are quite light so you can go pretty quick. Be careful with juggernaut though, it’s really easy to misthrow. Mortar strike is my favorite to keep around.
I can't believe you passed up that legendary RGL, with a couple of PaPs and PHD, you are pretty much untouchable, by zombies. That, with a decent primary to take out bosses.

I 100% agree. Give out purple and orange aether tools. The loot in general needs fixed. You just got more good stuff running around looting than i have seen in contracts the whole time i played. Admittedly i am still mostly t1 and t2 but I also watch a lot of zombie vids and dont see people pulling any of those tools or crystals higher than raw.
The fact that you find rare loot where usually there is nothing and vice versa really illustrates how randomness works in this game. Everything is almost completely random. Of course there is a better chance to get better loot in the harder areas, but still there is no garantee except some 3 plate vests, which is a bummer for the get rich (geared) fast type of player.
Infested strongholds in t2 stay giving epic tools and in t3 i have been getting legendary tools every run in the strongholds. I always start game with escort, get dog, go t2 strongholds to gear up, thrn t2 contracts, then hit t3, strongholds, then missions
Get a armored trucj and lure the stormchaser out of storm over and over..he respawms fast...and does outside storm and sell golden skulls....fill your large sack and sell over and over 50k every time and its a achievement to sell 50k worth of item
Has anyone gotten the calling card where you have to kill the Mega by having him swallow a grenade? Which is a homage to Cold War. Just was wondering if one could do that with the grenade launcher?
There is soo much good loot in tier 3 and the hidden stashes in tier 3 and also aether nest amd infested stronghokd......such good stuff in them....even tier 1 amd 2 for infested stronghilds and vigger aether nests
I’ve got over 100 items in my stash, but I can not keep any perks in it, or in my rucksack, unless I queue straight into game. If I restart the game at any time, the crafted perks will disappear from my rucksack. And no matter what, any crafted perk will disappear within thirty seconds of me swapping it into my inventory. Anyone else have this problem? Tombstone is the only perk that will stay in my inventory no matter what. Kind of fitting, don’t ya think?

If you really want a 3 plate vest and large rucksack almost guaranteed, just take out a merc camp, grab the keycard, and go to the merc stronghold and open the safe. Super easy, guaranteed 100% 3 plate vest and high chance of large rucksack.
i died to game crash and went into a game with nothing but a grey smg and did a deliver cargo contract and with the truck i got the stormcaller to fallow me out of the storm circle 8 times before leaving to exfil with a 3-plate, large rucksack, jug scorestreak purple wrench and flawless crystal, a blue wrench and some perk cans

If you do the free Speed Cola Easter Egg there is a hidden cache where you land next to the cliff. It always has really solid items in it.

If you really want a 3 plate vest and large rucksack almost guaranteed, just take out a merc camp, grab the keycard, and go to the merc stronghold and open the safe. Super easy, guaranteed 100% 3 plate vest and high chance of large rucksack.
i died to game crash and went into a game with nothing but a grey smg and did a deliver cargo contract and with the truck i got the stormcaller to fallow me out of the storm circle 8 times before leaving to exfil with a 3-plate, large rucksack, jug scorestreak purple wrench and flawless crystal, a blue wrench and some perk cans
The 2 tall towers in tier 2 that have 3 yellow cranes surrounding them is a great place to look for loot
