      I know if I don't stretch enough I can feel aches or tightness in my leg muscles, especially at certain times on the bike, and earlier I felt it a bit in my hips. I found some of those stretches challenging but it's good to practice 😃

    Did this for a while to open my hip flexors ( I've sat at a desk 30+ years)....no more lower back pain!!! Thanks!

    I'm finding myself coming back again and again as a hobby swimmer who is getting older and the warm ups, stretches and even swim drills are really super insightful and helpful! you guys really know your stuff and its explained that non pro's understand it too!! thank you!

    Great routine, that glute stretch is my favorite. But if you ever see me that deep into a forward lunge, please alert the hospital that I'll be arriving shortly.

    Hey ... here's a question for you, or anyone else who wishes to comment. Any advice, or recommendations, regarding mobility routines for triathletes who are battling Rheumatoid Arthritis? As debilitating as RA is, we are not classed as para-triathletes, but I can't find any information as to what rules/regulations might be applied to us.
    I can't be the only one, so any feedback will be really appreciated. Thanks ;-)

      Hey ... tks for taking the time to reply. Yea, we seem to be in a bit of a limbo-land. Am sure I'm not the only one (triathlete) having to contend with RA, or similar, ... maybe it's an area for GTN to look further into.
      I will up-date you with anything I find, if that would be of interest to you?

    Went through these stretches this morning. I'm about as flexible as a pre menstrual girlfriend.
