The attention to details and the use of many colours and shades beneath those details is what makes these paintings so realistic. I love to play these in slow motion so I can see better how areas are blocked out and then built into 3 dimensional works of art!

This painting is undoubtedly exquisite, beautiful and rich in detail, and as an observer who lingers in this landscape, one certainly does not feel bored, because there is so much to admire and marvel at, thousands of small and larger stones and the most diverse trees and bushes with their countless leaves, not to mention grasses and other greenery. And above it all is the blue sky, a little cloudy but still letting in the warm sunlight. Once again you have brought this Sisyphean task to a magnificent conclusion.
