I was born centuries too early. What I give to live in the magnificent future that is Star Trek. All of humankind has left behind indifference, greed and wealth so that they could join together to explore the galaxy and beyond.
it's just a possibiliity for human kind....we can end our wrld in a new war....or even poluing ur resources . But humaniy can learn with fails and have a beautiful future. who knows?
David R Lentz, Columbus, Ohio, USA (Tuesday, 20 August, 2024) The Main Title to Star Trek: Insurrection (1998, Paramount, Jonathan Frakes, Jerry Goldsmith) is one of the sweetest, most endearing melodies of all time! Comparable to Patrick Doyle’s “Harry in Winter” (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire [2004, Warner Bros., Mike Newell]); John Williams’s “Princess Leia’s Theme” (Star Wars [1977, 20th-Century Fox, George Lucas]); Howard Shore’s Rivendell Themes (The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Rings [2001, Warner Bros./New Line Cinema, Peter Jackson]), amongst a handful of others. Mr. Goldsmith’s own Main Title to Star Trek: First Contact (1996, Paramount, Jonathan Frakes) also is poignantly befitting that story.
Une merveille sublime thème profond une ode à la beauté Je me lasse jamais de la musique thématique de Star Trek Les images sont très belle merci Des larmes, pour « insurrection « c’est magnifique
This is beautiful; you could also have added "The Mountain" from Star Trek V: The Final Frontier, o the melancholic yet beautiful "A New Beginning" from Star Trek:Nemesis both written by Jerry Goldsmith. Nevertheless this is a good mix. ;)
Beautiful--You've done what I've alway though should happen--Take the two most beautiful parts of the music from both soundtracks and combine them into one beautiful piece of music. You also gave it the the perfect Title; it really does product relaxation. Thank you.
Thanks commenting. I don't have music skills to distingush from oboe or clarinet. But this part is very interesting using violin as a back melody. Please have a look for Extended Version of this video.
It's really not and holy Hell does it hurt. They have turned one of the most hopeful, inspirational TV series into a generic, depressing sci-fi flick that is Star Trek in name only

Unfortunately, now, we can just enjoy a dream.
Maybe there is another genius out there working on the next vision for a better future :)

I agree 100% with your list! Wounderful melodies and wounderful execution. Also, First Contact is something like Earth's Anthem for me 😇

You are right! And those last shows having just 10 or 12 episodes per year... very complicated for the funs.
Very missed.
