Betrothed is probably a ref to the fact the Mileena and Baraka were hinted to have a relationship the the old MK2-MK Armageddon timeline since it is a klassic costume and not a canon look for the MK1 lore.
They did ghost face insane justice in this game. I had my doubts but count on NRS to absolutely nail any character they set their hands on. That was a fun match to watch, and congrats on your new mileena skin!
I was thinking to myself "No way that Mileena will get another skin next season after the empress and deception skins" but they just keep on coming. You don't hear me complain tho she's my main also😂
Mileena has to be bringing in some serious coin with these skins.... it would be dope if her low sia blast enhanced didn't cost a bar, and we could just enhance it by holding down 3. I wonder if that would make a huge difference in her teir rankings
I love the outfit as a whole but the heels of the boot... NOOOOOOOO!!! NOT THE WEDGE HEELS AGAIN! If it was at least normal heels like in MK11, or no heels at all! The original MK2 and MK3 costumes didn't have heels. What i don't like about it being wedge heels is that it doesn't look as good as heels like in MK11 and it also is THE WORST type of heel for combat. So it's a little pet peeve 😅 had that with the MKX ones too. Anyway everything looks great for me except for the boots 😂
The MK2 skin palettes are an homage to MK2 story/ending. I remember part of the ending for Mileena it said that she was a grotesque clone of Kitana, also she and Baraka were an item in MK2. They are not related to the current timeline but an homage to MK2.
Instead of call these skin Klassic skin, it need to be called Remake Skins instead because they are nothing like the OG skins😡 but I do like the Mileena Deception Skin which is my favorite MK Mileena skin in the history of the character and second is the MK2 skin but this version of the mk2 is not it.
