Saw the animals @ Veterans Memorial Convention during Scan Fair one year. So interesting to see them live. In far north Norway, they eat a plant ( cloudberry) that can only germinate once it has passed thru reindeer. Seeds stay warm under poop pile & winter snow to grow anew in spring.
How some of us from Redmond grew up as kids when Zumstrins along with the Vetenariens of Buck Lewis and Jack Davenport brought them off the plane from The North Country to Redmond. I WAS 10 and a present that I still remember!!! The Vet's figured out the plausible feed ..and what a deli
