✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
10 g/ 0.35 oz vanilla sugar (2 tsp)
150 g/ 5.3 oz sugar (3/4 cup)
180 ml/ 6 fl oz milk (4/5 cup)
120 ml/ 4 fl oz vegetable oil (3/5 cup)
300 g/ 10.5 oz flour (2 cups)
15 g / 0.5 oz baking powder (3 tsp)
80 g / 2.8 oz dried cherries (can be replaced with raisins)
Separate 1/4 part from the total dough and add 1 tsp cocoa powder and 2 tbsp milk
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 170C (340F)
