You have to maintain 70%+ or equivalent grade in your masters if you are DST-INSPIRE Scholar already.. you can apply for DST-INSPIRE Fellowship for PhD after full filing 70%+ criteria

Sir In DST INSPIRE GUIDELINES it is written that batch size of minimum 7 students. but in all of your video you told batch size of 10. I will be applying for INSPIRE PHD FELLOWSHIP this year and I am M.sc 1st rank holder from NIT AGARTALA and the batch size was 8. Did not use means? if you are INSPIRE-Scholar during your Bachelors and Masters and you maintained 70%+ in your Masters than you are also eligible for DST-INSPIRE Fellowship for PhD in that case it is not necessary to be the topper if you are previously INSPIRE Scholar during your Bachelors and Masters
