Well done to all. Not easy commentating on a game that's not familiar to them. Croke Park is a magnificent stadium and when you've got an 80 thousand crowd in full voice,it's simply unbeatable

22grena Let me put it this way: I've met a lot of non-Irish people who are impressed by Gaelic sports. Many of them even go as far as to play in our local GAA championship; none of them get paid. So I've no problem believing that the two lads enjoyed the game, especially given how good a contest it was, even allowing for their receiving some greenbacks for their work.
2 genuine sport loving guys getting into the spirit of the whole thing. Well done

@@emmettroche313 unfortunately yeah, the likes of Dublin gets free car sponsorship deals and certain players get sponsorship deals with companies etc
It’s nothing like soccer money tho, most gaa players have jobs as teachers/bar men and just average jobs cuz the lucky few to actually get some sponsorship revenue usually isn’t enough to get by on

Watched a couple of these episodes and enjoyed them. They are thoroughly likeable characters who cares if they got paid or not they brought their own passion to it.
A relation of mine brought a soccer fan to a club game yrs ago and it blew his mind how the fans were mixing and the absence of police tooled up for a potential riot.

Anyone respectable and descent knows this was a spot on production, it was perfectly shot and shows the love of the sport in Ireland from grass roots up, what it should be all about! I'm glad the door wasn't open for Ignorant brainless people to comment!!
Only criticism is the pronunciation of Andy Moran but all round it was brilliant well done lads!
Agree with everyone's comments. Jeff and Kammy are a brilliant partnership, I am surprised that nobody hasn't jumped on the chance on getting the pair on a programme together.

You will probably find they will use cricket pundits next year for that.I think asking two men in their sixties used to watching a big ball kicked on a small pitch to commentate on a game thats much faster with a tiny ball is a bit too much for the first time
