This is probs the best theory about Lars. Yes, Lars and Lapiz are pretty similar. Their personalities really mix well because they're literally the same. They both have gone through the same experiences, and if they do cross paths, I really hope that Lars would help Lapiz like a boost or something. If this actually happend, Lars would have such a big role in the series. Usually, Steven helps these kinds of people, but if Lars took over Steven's role of helping Lapiz, Lars would make such an impact to the series. Great theory, keep it up!

Lars will run into lapis who learns that Steven is fused with Connie the only other human who stood up to her are stuck and with homeworld coming she has to make a choice and It might be her boss in the past. Lapis will not harm Steven and when she realizes that she already made a choice she can forget it.
~SOMEBODY~ should do another video on Lars’s character development. In the premiere of “Stranded” and the episode, “Lars of the Stars”, we see Lars as captain of a ship. From the outside, he looks the complete opposite of what he looked like in previous episodes. However, when told about Sadie’s status and how she was doing, he totally FLIPPED. Which I didn’t really expect. He went back to, what it seemed like, jealous and insecure. Sadie had started a band with the cool kids, and has a better life away from the big doughnut. Lars hasn’t dealt with the past or resolved some internal issues he’s had, and I believe this will make him be less prone to staying on earth and make him want to go to space more. So he can forget about the insecure Lars that people in Beach City know him as.

Makes sense. I was saying that Lapis’ current situation is paralleled with Lars’ after Raising the Barn came out, too. Lapis has basically had that character moment Lars did when he ran from Topaz. I definitely saw Lapis getting a similar character arc soon as well in which she finally buys in to the Crystal aGemda. I could definitely see them going the route of Lars actually influencing that as well, and it would really drive home the point.
That intro was hilarious. The evidence was great and with your points (both major and small) were great. A big point that I found extremely convincing was thee connection between Lars and lapis. I really hope this happens in the show. This would be a great plot point for lapis to finally become a crystal gem and stand up to her diamond (who ever that is, am I right) in the vein of peridot. Honestly, the whole ‘cast not meeting each other’ was something that really bugged me towards the end of Fullmetal Alchemist, specifically Brotherhood. It would’ve been really awesome to see Greed interact with Scar or Roy, and for him to properly reunite with Izumi and reconcile over their last meeting in Dublith. Having Hohenheim converse with Roy would also be cool, along with a bunch of OTHER interactions I could think of. Point in case, cast interactions is something I want VERY much now that you mention it.
I just realized something. If Steven can fuse with Lars that means he has gem DNA and that would confirm Connie also has it. And that means Greg has it too. So does that mean their are a lot more fusion combinations than we know? Like lapis are Lars? Connie and Ruby? Could this be the hidden key to curing corruption? Think about it. Physical image( or strength Garnet. Brain or mental ( Connie) heart (Steven of course) and both of them share relationship or spirit of love. The four parts of any being. It is just like the show to hide the way in plain sight. I can just see reactors go crazy when they realize this if it true. And somehow I think there is more than enough to put this into a possibility

She's a Pearl, who can really explain to lapis how terrible homeworld is, and why they need to fight. I think this would be good for pearl too, and could maybe explain why her hand does what it does. Also it would give them a chance to resolve the issue of pearl keeping her in a mirror so long. Maybe Lars convinces her to go back to earth, inspiring her to fight, but pearl convinces her to stay

Makes sense. I was saying that Lapis’ current situation is paralleled with Lars’ after Raising the Barn came out, too. Lapis has basically had that character moment Lars did when he ran from Topaz. I definitely saw Lapis getting a similar character arc soon as well in which she finally buys in to the Crystal aGemda. I could definitely see them going the route of Lars actually influencing that as well, and it would really drive home the point.
One major part in this is that there is *no way* Lapis can get back to homeworld without being kidnapped again by one of the 2 diamonds' authorities.
That intro was hilarious. The evidence was great and with your points (both major and small) were great. A big point that I found extremely convincing was thee connection between Lars and lapis. I really hope this happens in the show. This would be a great plot point for lapis to finally become a crystal gem and stand up to her diamond (who ever that is, am I right) in the vein of peridot. Basically calling out maybe blue diamond( who I think is lapis’s diamond ). I never thought about this.
I really like this theory. It fits with my theory - The scene in the trailer for Lars of the Stars showed a clip of Lars’ ship crashing into a planet. I’m guessing that’s where Lapis comes in. That planet is probably where she retreated to, so that’s how they will probably cross paths.

Honestly, the whole ‘cast not meeting each other’ was something that really bugged me towards the end of Fullmetal Alchemist, specifically Brotherhood. It would’ve been really awesome to see Greed interact with Scar or Roy, and for him to properly reunite with Izumi and reconcile over their last meeting in Dublith. Having Hohenheim converse with Roy would also be cool, along with a bunch of OTHER interactions I could think of.
Point in case, cast interactions is something I want VERY much now that you mention it.

I just realized something. If Steven can fuse with Lars that means he has gem DNA and that would confirm Connie also has it. And that means Greg has it too. So does that mean their are a lot more fusion combinations than we know? Like lapis are Lars? Connie and Ruby? Could this be the hidden key to curing corruption?
Think about it. Physical image( or strength Garnet. Brain or mental ( Connie) heart (Steven of course) and both of them share relationship or spirit of love. The four parts of any being. It is just like the show to hide the way in plain sight. I can just see reactors go crazy when they realize this if it true. And somehow I think there is more than enough to put this into a possibility

It's entirely possible with Steven being the bridge of the fusion. Steven could fuse with Lapis AND Lars for instance. That's pretty wild actually.

I love this idea, but I think the one who'll convince her is pearl. Pearl is the one who has been fighting against homeworld the longest. She's a Pearl, who can really explain to lapis how terrible homeworld is, and why they need to fight. I think this would be good for pearl too, and could maybe explain why her hand does what it does. Also it would give them a chance to resolve the issue of pearl keeping her in a mirror so long.
Maybe Lars convinces her to go back to earth, inspiring her to fight, but pearl convinces her to stay
