    12yrs Continues not any Land Owners or A Purchaser not legal actions within 12yrs time period {Extinguished of Rights to Property owners}, Limitations Act1963 Article {65} and Article{27} applies only.

    We received properties as self acquired through L C C act but my father's brother mns cousin trying to claim adverse possession with secret animus (we don't know). My grandfather's brother's son claiming adverse possession. All my village elders supporting them due to large votes from their family. They were in physical possession. What we have to do their Stength is very high than us.. 70&2

    4 logo ke naam jameen hai aur ek bhai ne us jameen par makaan bana liya hai bina batwara ke . aur aaj 15 saal ho gaye hai koi objection nahi kiya .ab paribarik relation bhi nahi hai kya ye adwarse possession mein aa sakta hai

    taras ke aadhar par apne ghar mei le aaya tha.par 7 saal baad 2019 mein usne mere makaan par kabzaa ka case kiya tha ab wo pani,bijli ke bill pay kar rahi hai aur mujhe makaan mein ghusne nahi de rahi,
    Kya aise mein usko court se stay mil sakta hai,jab ki maine bhi apne proof usi Ghar ke laga rakhe hain ?
    (Sale deed mere naam se hai)

    Sir namaskar hamare ghar k samne ek plot hai.400sq m.usme se 100 sq m padosi k kabje mai tha .wo usne 10_15 sal pehle kharid liya.hamare pass 300 sq m hai.70 sal se hamara kabja hai hamne usme tree lagaye hain aur usme boundrywall v ki hai.padosi ne hame pareshan karne k liye hamare kabje ka 100sq.m kharid liya.hamne dakhila rukwa diya hai.pl.batayen kiya ab kabje k aadhar par ham dawa kar sakte hain adverse possesion ka.jo 100sq.m padosi ne kharida kiya wo v hame wapas mil sakta hai

    Mere dadaji ne apni beti ko ham jis gharme reh rahe he wo register gift deed karke de diya he.hala ki mere pitaji ne ye jamin kharid k ghar banaya he pura kharcha mere pitaji ne kiya tha aur nam mere dadaji ka rakha tha aur mere dadaji bhi will banvaya tha ki unki death k bad ye ghar mere pitaji k nam ho jayega lekin aisa hua nahi kyu ki 2.5 year pehle mere pita ji ki death ho gai aur uska fayda uthate huae mere dadaji ne ye ghar apni beti ko gift deed se de diya.lakin ham lok aaj bhi isi gharme reh raahe he pichle 17 salo kabza hamara he aur hum kisi bhi rukavat k bina reh rahe to kya hame ye ghar vapas mil sakta he???

    Where a mortgagor paid the money to the mortgagee who is in the possession of mortgaged property, and now he is claiming back the possession but the mortgagee refused to give back possession, does this mean that possession has now become adverse?
    If yes, then if mortgagor does not bring suit for 30 years against mortgagee then will he loose his right to such property under section 27??

    Sir , मेरे दादा ने मकान रेंट पर दिया थे 1985 में। और वो खाली नी कर रहे हे। अभी टेनेंट के 3 generation हे। अभी only एक lady और उस का लड़का रहता हे। just 2020 में उनको rent agreement जरूरत थी तो मेंने 11 month के agreement कर दिया है । क्या अब में new agreement suit for evition application फाइल कर सकता हु। और जजमेंट क्या होगा। मेरे फेवर में होगा । Request u to guide us.. टेनेंट adverse possession claim कर सकता है इस case में। Gujarat Ahmedabad. घर में शादी हे और घर जरूरत हे। मेरा भाई रेंट पर रहने जायेगा खाली नहीं हुआ तो।

    Sir mere pitaji ne ak jamin kharida tha lagvag 25 sal pahele, jo owner tha wo jamin ko mapke nhi dia tha to us jamin paper may jinta likha usse jada jamin hay, our owner ne mere pitaji ko bola vi tha yaha pe thora jada jamin hay tum le lo. mere pitaji our jo owner ki death ho gya 20 sal hua. Abhi jo owner tha uska beta aya our jitna jada jamin tha lena chahata hay. Lekin ham log us jamin may 25 saal se khati kar rahe hay. Kya jitna jada jamin hay wo case karke le sakta hay.

    Sir hamare taya ji ne hame 25 sal pehle shop di thi kam karne ko. Mere father shop par lagatar kam kar rahe the bina kisi rok tok ke ham koi rent bhi nahi dete the. Electricity and water bill bhe papa ke nam se ata hai. Taya ji ne hame free mai kam karne ke liye di thi shop. Abhi wo ekdum khali karne ko keh rahe hai. Advocate se pata kiya to wo keh rahe hai only stay lena padega. fake rent bata ke. Baki koi adverse possession ka law laghu nahi hota apke case pe. Please help me.
    And tell me my case is under adverse possession or not.

      Aapne jitna bataya hai un sabse kaafi kuch clear hai, aap adverse possession ke basis pe suit institute kar ke title claim kar sakte hai. Lekin aapko ye bhi dikhana hai ki aapka possession “adverse” kab se hua. Matlab aapko ye dikhana padega ki aapke taau ji ko ye baat pata chal gaye thi ki aap log unko property wapas nahi karenge, phir bhi unhone koi action nahi liya. Ya aap log ye prove kijiye ki aapke father aur tau ji ke bich 12 saal pehle ownership ya possession ko lekar kaisa bhi dispute arise hua tha.

    Mere jamin me ek tuta hua ghar he 20 saal ho gaye usme koi nahi ragta.
    Magar mere padosi ka us tute huye ghar me electricity meter he.
    Magar padosi us ghar me nahi rahta..
    Kya me us ghar ko thod sakta hu?
