Person B didn't want to purchase that property but Person A wants so he purchased in name of B by any reason or sentiment etc. There was the possession of A on that property and no document signed for that because B was not interested in that because B don't want to take that. Person A work as shop on that property since 40 years. All the doc related to that shop like..... current account Income tax return as proprietorship pgbp income. Gst return documents Shop invoice purchase or sell Are in the name of person A. But there was no document in writing between A and B. B is full aware of that but didn't claimed anything. So how person A will proof that he is in adverse possession. The 5 thing that need.... (a) On what date he came into possession, (b) What was the nature of his possession, (c) Whether the factum of possession was known to the other party. (d) How long his possession has continued, and (e) His possession was open and undisturbed. How person A will proof that?
