Loving seeing WTG on your channel, great job Brother, Brilliant how you worked in the post sharpening end of it that your so good at...great all round video.
I've struggled through grade school sharpening knives flea market knives files. After years of practice and numerous stones, ceramics, diamond, forty years later free hand master. Your videos on sharpening are phenomenal very informative.
They perform amazing the heat treat is always spot on, many designs and executed with amazing quality control. All you have to do is pick one you like! 👍🏼
1st human. also nice, I've been wondering about these since I started seeing them pop up with the bigger distributors, but wasn't actually interested enough to independently search for reviews. seems like the name worktuff holds true 👍
Thanks so much for your detailed response in regards to micro bevels it helps me understand what I’m doing wrong . I’m sure you’re super busy with your channel so thanks again !
I really like that knife. They make a lot of really awesome knives. I’ve been trying to buy one for awhile now. I’m still waiting for a chance to get one
Hell yea man! That’s a nice knife. I just got 2 WTG knives the V44X & Warhammer. Both are also SK85. Having used them yet but they are sharp as shit! The V44X bit me already. Haha! I like this style video. Good stuff brother!👊
a good time would be if your edge needs more stability, or if you plan on sharpening soon but need to sharpen quickly to get by until, thats the most common reasons
So i use a fix angle system and just start at 17deg a side . If thats to much then igo 20 then 22 ect . But i really only touch it up as i go . @bbbreviewsdiscussions9717
@@bbbreviewsdiscussions9717 yes it can make a low angle edge much more stable, but it has to be done the right way, not with a pull through, this does not do very well with a higher angle edge, but if your edge is on the lower side you can doit, or if you start noticing micro chipping, you can also doit in between sharpenings to keep your edge going longer as it replaces the apex, its very easy to apply people in many cases go over board when its something that can be done very easily
On all the Knife reviews the knife-sheaf is overlooked like a red headed step child , 99% of the time it is being used its being carried Question can you run with it in the knife-sheaf without being dropped or swinging uncomfortably like a big one ?
All WTG blades come with a kydex sheeath that is well done. Now lock up is good quality is good If you don't prefer kydex then you may not like it but every single one comes with a well fitted kydex sheath.. And I know this because I have 35 or 40 of them
Sorry to recommmend someone elses channel on yours, but check out the channel JoeX if you want to see some serious serious abuse to some WTG knives. He does NOT go easy on them (chopping through car doors, batoning into stone, etc). Hes a weird dude also 😂. But damnit thats what conviced me to buy a WTG knife. These are fantastic freaking knives.
I like their atayal design but I have so many knives it’s hard to spend money on another blade. I like this design as well very cool yo 😎 🔪. Sticking it in logs and hogs yikes ur like a desperate teenager 😅.
Do you like the one with the choil or without? I have both. The edge on one wasn't great but sharpened up nicely and they have etched some random dudes face in them which I hate. Otherwise. Yeah they're sweet.
DONT FORGET TO CHECK OUT OUTER LIMITLESS TH-cam CHANNEL www.youtube.com/@outerlimitless
Now we talking!! Great job kid love ya!!!
WTG makes the best fixed blades out there. I stand totally behind that. I’d put my life on any of their stuff.
I concur
I know this channel is mainly focused on little Chinese folding knives, it's so awesome to see big fixed blades here. .
Glad the Carnivore performed well for you! Work Tuff always hits a home run! Nice job with the spear!
👊 great job btw
Nice burn on Sharpen's Best dude! Lol😊 BTW, that's a damn good looking blade!!

You got snow and I got mid day temps in the high 70s lol.
Thanks Neeves. Been looking at these.
Totally worth every penny
Awesome review brother! Love your content by the way! Awesome channel! You’re in my rotation for the channels, I actually watch.
Vic builds solid knives I own a few of them.

Cool knife. That seems really strong in the tip with that stick attached to it. Thanks Jared
Great video brother
Thank you for your review.
Cool video, enjoyed the simplicity of it

WTG all the way from here on out!!!😎👍
The Dregoth is my favorite from them due to their design aesthetic
That's a nice Knife!!
I had good results with ceramic rods on convex edges 👍
Absolutely, yeah they work great I'm just saying the won't hit the top of bevel and apex at same time
Great review & sharpening tutorial . You commented that there is a place for a micro bevel just curious when you think they are appropriate . Thanks !
a good time would be if your edge needs more stability, or if you plan on sharpening soon but need to sharpen quickly to get by until, thats the most common reasons
Ok thanks for the response & explanation which makes sense and I would guess it’s the next best thing in stability to a convex

If you get a chance check out some of WTG blades in K329, it's basically Bohler's version of an A8 Mod a super tough and durable steel.
I need one of these.
Love your videos! Thanks brother
Thanks for watching!
Where's Scab and Joe at? You 3 would be crazy
Thx for sharing
I Can't find this knife available anywhere.
Hmmm...this video is different...i like it
Please review a whole lot more fixed blades please!!
Coming soon
JoeX would agree. Best fixed blades out there 😂
A lot of spear for mole hunting.
But then again the taming of the shrew can never be over knifed.
What did you spray on the whetstone ?
Dish soap water
I wish I had this man’s sharpening skill.. or could at least get him to sharpen my shit. lol.
What's it worth in your opinion?
I was thinking 150 to 200, it's made in Taiwan and has a designer so yeah probably 2, I didn't look up the price hopefully it's not like 350 lol
@@NeevesKnivesyep, $208 on knifecenter

This company is literally out of stock of everything.

I dunno, TOPS is a pretty solid brand too, though theirs are typically made from 1095 carbon steel.
@@noahjones4237 oh for sure. Tons of great makers. I have over 20 WTG blades and the quality/workmanship/heat treats have all been perfect.
