I wonder when my favourite TH-camrs will stop using all these brands that test on animals, e.g Makeup Forever, MAC, Este Lauder, Stila, Benefit, Maybelline, Cover Girl, Rimmel and L'Oréal to name a few. The list goes on and on. Would you ever reconsider using these products from brands that promote animal cruelty? With the large amount of influence that you guys have, I would think it would make a big difference!

I'd recommend "Wifelife" & "Logicalharmony" here on TH-cam. Both are ethical vegans and only use %100 Cruelty-Free/Vegan products. Personally I LOVE "Wifelife", she is literally the coolest TH-camr I've ever came across by far, since I discovered TH-cam all together. Literally THE COOLEST! Belated HNY. 🤗

You are one of my favourite beauty you-tubers. I am always using/repurchasing 7 items out of your list (Bare minerals concealer/Mac soft ochre/KVD shade and light eyes/Benefit hoola bronzer and watts up stick/Mac fix plus/Nars blushes). My favourite high end primer for hiding pores is from Benefit Porefessional, creamy/shiny/high pigment lipsticks > Mac Liptensity range, matte lipsticks > any of the Mac lipsticks in matte (they never dry out my lips), lip liners > Nars (again they glide on and does not dry out my lips but they are not transfer proof), long lasting liners > Mac prolong wear lip pencils, matte eye shadows > Nars sarah moon palettes (high pigment, lasts whole day, non drying, similar to KVD) and FINALLY the most natural, non-drying, versatile (comes in different shades) correctors > Bobbi Brown. I've been using these items almost weekly if not daily for a least one year (except for Nars Sarah moon only just came out in Nov16), I highly recommend them to everyone ;-)

I have and use many of the exact products on your list or something very similar, except I am a pale girl of 60 years and do not bronze or contour or highlight. I would never use a brown blush or buy a blush palette with shades I won't use. The Mac Soft Ochre is one of my favorite things though, the Kat Von D is my one and only shadow palette and I love it, the Sephora and Amuse Bouche lipsticks are awesome, and I use a stick foundation (but it's Bobbi Brown). Other than the brown face powders, your recommendations are perfect. For those interested in bronzing and contouring, a thoroughly great job. Well done.

The 4k is amazing! I honestly think you're the only one that films in 4k quality, which is refreshing! Your definitely brave for putting every flaw (or lack there of) on high definition display. BUT, it'd be the same way if we say you in person. It makes you real. You're not an airbrushed Instagram model which makes you more relatable and makes your reviews on products more genuine. We can clearly see if the products look nice or not. You don't used skin softening filters either which is also lovely! If your reviewing something like a foundation, I want to see the texture and coverage as good as I can because that's ultimately the whole reason for watching your review. Watching in 4k gives the product a more realistic and accurate representation. So thank you Jaime! Thank you for spending your hard earned money so you could provide better quality videos for your subbies! 👏🏻💗
Thanks for recommending the KvD Shade and Light eyeshadow palette. I just bought it (I only own a couple of eye shadows) and it's brilliant! Blends like a dream and just looks amazing on. Never had matte eye shadows before and they are definitely more versatile than shimmer and metallics.

Thank you for the fantastic advice! I have to agree about Tarte Shape Tape. I wanted to love it, but as a very fair girl who doesn't wear foundation it stood out way too much and had horrible "flashback" in photos. I've been using Lancome Effarnes in Porcelaine I for years. I could use a bit more coverage due to very dark circles, but it seems to be the only true match for my skin without flashback, etc...

Hi Jamie, your suggestions were excellent, especially Amuse Bouche lipstick, which I love SO much. I think the tarte blush shade Paaarty is better as a neutral blush than Sensual, but it's personal preference. I didn't try a single tarte blush until I got this shade as a Sephora birthday present this year and fell for it and tarte blushes in general. Nice job!

I used the UD black eyeliner pencil for a really long time until I discovered the Makeup Forever Aqua XL black eyeliner pencil. It went on much smoother and looked nicer, and also stayed on so much longer. Surprisingly it also came off more easily.

I would recommend MAC Blacktrack as gel eyeliner, no wonder it is a cult classic. It sits in my very oily lids (primed of course) all day and does not smudge at all. Yes. so much yes! 💕

I LOVE the Bare Skin concealor! I also got the Lash Sensational bc I heard you talk about it and I think it's better than Roller Lash! It stays on better and makes my lashes look a lot more volumized!!

Hi Jamie, your suggestions were excellent, especially Amuse Bouche lipstick, which I love SO much. I think the tarte blush shade Paaarty is better as a neutral blush than Sensual, but it's personal preference. I didn't try a single tarte blush until I got this shade as a Sephora birthday present this year and fell for it and tarte blushes in general. Nice job!

@JamiePaige - I love Limelight By Alcone foundation. It's a cream foundation with 50% pigment. It glides on the skin like butter and you don't need much since it is 50% pigment and it will last forever. It doesn't settle in the pores and it's used for tv and broadway. I used the UD black eyeliner pencil for a really long time until I discovered the Makeup Forever Aqua XL black eyeliner pencil. It went on much smoother and looked nicer, and also stayed on so much longer. Surprisingly it also came off more easily.
